In 2008

Founded AVie Pros Company

Avie Pros was founded in 2008 in Frankfort, Kentucky, by Shane Moreland. Shane had worked in the consumer electronics industry in the past, and realized that although the need for a reputable, dedicated small electronics repair and installation business was present, no company had stepped forward to take on that role in his area. Brand recognition for this industry had yet to be established.

Within two years

Expanded to multiple technicians

Adding more technicians to our repair shop significantly enhanced its operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. With additional technicians, Our shop can handle a higher volume of repairs, reducing wait times for customers and increasing revenue potential. Moreover, a larger team can specialize in different areas of expertise, allowing for more comprehensive and swift resolutions to a wider range of technical issues. This expansion also fosters a collaborative environment where knowledge and skills can be shared among team members, ultimately elevating the overall quality of service provided.

AVie Pros focuses on being a one-stop solution for the customer. Repairs are done quickly and professionally on-site, and while the customer waits they can browse many of the most trusted brands of smartphone and tablet accessories carried in store. Should the device prove to not be repairable, our knowledgeable staff can recommend one of our refurbished devices, to get the customer back up and running as quickly and painlessly as possible.
